She trained at CHU St Luc, specialized in high-risk pregnancies, and now works part-time at Chirec.

She can assist you with routine consultations, infectious or oncological screening, contraception needs, pregnancy desires, ultrasounds, etc.

Docteur Fabian De Smedt

Dr. De Smedt completed his training in Belgium, at the Catholic University of Louvain and in most of the French-speaking university hospitals in the country.

He has a more surgical approach to his practice and handles follow-ups of pregnancies, as well as treatments for general gynecological or more specific senological pathologies.

He can assist you with your inquiries at Aspera or at the St-Michiel and St-Elisabeth site.

Docteur Francesca De Michele

Francesca provides gynecological and obstetrical follow-ups with an approach based on listening and shared decision-making with the patient. Her doctor-patient relationship is based on trust and collaboration. Ongoing collaboration with colleagues and former professors, as well as participation in conferences and study activities, ensure consistently thoughtful therapeutic proposals aligned with current guidelines.

Francesca completed her Medical and Surgical studies in Italy, in Milan. After her degree, she moved to Brussels to pursue a Ph.D. in Biomedical Sciences and Experimental Andrology at UCL - Brussels. After successfully completing her thesis, she began her training in gynecology and obstetrics at UCL, with a particular interest in fertility issues. She also completed additional training in gynecological ultrasound at KUL.

Her follow-ups in surgery and obstetrics are provided at Chirec, as well as at the Lambermont site.

She provides hospital follow-ups within the HELORA group, at the Nivelles Hospital in Jolimont (Nivelles).
