Michela Formis

 Languages: French, English, Italian

Spécialité: Nutritional Therapist, AIP Coach, and Functional Medicine Practitioner

Michela Formis is a certified nutritional therapist and functional medicine practitioner specialising in supporting people with chronic conditions, including autoimmune diseases, digestive disorders, metabolic imbalances and hormonal dysfunctions.

She is particularly interested in women's health and hormonal balance, and supports women at different stages of their lives, particularly in the context of complex or chronic disorders such as hormonal and reproductive imbalances (perimenopause and menopause, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), endometriosis, fertility issues), metabolic disorders (resistance to weight loss, metabolic syndrome, thyroid disorders) and digestive disorders, particularly SIBO.

Through an integrative approach that combines functional medicine and personalised nutrition, Michela helps her clients regain their balance, resilience and long-term vitality.

Her work places strong emphasis on identifying the root causes of symptoms rather than simply managing them. She relies on targeted dietary and lifestyle interventions, while taking into account each person's overall life context.

Her empathetic and individualised approach aims to create an environment conducive to healing, in which clients feel understood and guided throughout their journey.
