At Aspera Medical, we offer a one-off, quick, and comprehensive health check-up to give you a clear overview of your general health. Accessible by appointment, this check-up is completed in less than an hour by our specialized nurse, with a personalized medical interpretation provided by one of our doctors trained in preventive medicine.
What your health check-up by Aspera Medical includes
(All your results are handled with the strictest confidentiality. A report will be provided to you as quickly as possible. Timelines may vary depending on the complexity of the blood tests).
Comprehensive Health Examination
Blood test :
- Hematological Panel: Complete blood count (white blood cells, red blood cells, platelets, hemoglobin, hematocrit)
- Liver Function Tests: AST (SGOT), ALT (SGPT), alkaline phosphatase, Gamma GT
- Kidney Function Tests: Creatinine, uric acid
- Fasting Blood Glucose
- Lipid Panel: Total cholesterol, HDL, LDL, triglycerides
- STD Screening (if requested).
- PSA Test (for men over 55 years old).
- Inflammatory Markers: ESR, CRP
- Electrolytes, vitamins, hormones, and specific markers on request
Nurse Assessment :
- Blood Pressure (BP)
- Heart Monitoring (HR)
- Oxygen Saturation (SpO2)
- Body Temperature
- Measurements: Weight, height, Body Mass Index (BMI) calculation
Electrocardiogram (ECG – 12 leads):
- Allows the detection of rhythm disorders, conduction abnormalities, and cardiac hypertrophy
- The results are subsequently interpreted by a physician (ideally a cardiologist or a general practitioner with ECG expertise)
- It can be repeated during regular follow-ups for at-risk patients (diabetes, hypertension, smoking, etc.)
Simple Spirometry (Pulmonary Function Test):
- Analysis of FEV1, FVC, FEV1/FVC ratio, and flow-volume curves
- Allows early detection of obstructive diseases (asthma, COPD) or restrictive lung conditions
Particularly useful for:
- Smokers
- Athletes
- Patients experiencing shortness of breath without a known pathology
- Post-COVID follow-up
Simple Morphological / Metabolic Assessment
- BMI (Body Mass Index)
- Waist-to-hip ratio
- Interpretation with a focus on prevention (overweight, obesity, metabolic risk)
Targeted Medical History & Health Profile
Conducted by the nurse or via self-completion, and summarized by the physician:
- Medical history
- Current medications
- Lifestyle habits (smoking, alcohol, physical activity, diet, stress)
- Current symptoms
- Patient’s health goals (prevention, optimization, symptom investigation, etc.)
Medical Interpretation & Personalized Advice
Results available within two weeks. (lab & medical report)
Optional analysis and interpretation by one of our physicians
Possibility of additional prescriptions if necessary (blood tests, imaging exams, etc.)
